What's the difference between 1:1 and the Group Cohort?
Both run the same 12-week framework — coding patterns, system design, behavioral stories, mock loops, and negotiation. The 1:1 program is fully personalised with private sessions. The cohort replaces individual sessions with small-group sessions (4–5 engineers) and adds peer accountability at half the price.
