From rejection pile to the other side of the table

Hundreds of applications. Silence.
I graduated with real coding skills and sent out hundreds of applications — and got nothing back. Six months later I cracked the code to resumes and interviews that get noticed.

Microsoft, Amazon, Principal Engineer.
Fourteen years inside Big Tech. I sat on the other side of the table for hundreds of interviews and learned exactly what separates the engineers who get offers from the ones who don't.

I used my income to build a cash-flowing real estate portfolio, a stock portfolio, and crossed the $1M net-worth mark — on a W-2, while raising a family.
